Entry Access
Lobby entry unlocked during normal business hours, card key access after hours. All entrances are equipped with a state-of-the-art security system that is activated inside the building.
Elevator
One Dover Hydraulic Elevator; 3,500 pound capacity; Elevator is located to the right of steps in lobby area.
Glazing
Solar gray glass 9/16” laminated for sound control. Exterior windows will be cleaned 2 times per year, interior windows 1 time per year.
HVAC
One zone system per 1,000 square feet or as required by Tenant.

Building exterior fully insulated.
Fire Sprinklers

Locker Rooms

Tenant Improvements
Bathrooms, office heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, skylights, additional insulation, electrical and telephone distribution and controls, reconfiguration of fire sprinklers, additional electric power, front entry doors, and other interior build-out and finishes not presently in the shell shall be added as tenant improvements subject to negotiations between Landlord and Tenant. Tenant improvement design consultation and working drawings shall be part of the tenant improvement package.
